Our cooking is simple, and we cook as honest food as possible. With a little creativity and excitiement. It should always be good, very good! We use the best ingredients in season and preferably from local producers. The food actually tastes better when we know who has taken care of the animals, grown the vegetables and fished the fish, sustainably. Welcome to our kitchen with roots in Scandinavian cooking, and with inspiration from around the world.
