Hafjell hotel is a favorite among families with children, and there are many good reasons for that! We have a relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant, and our own "family dining room" with a play corner where the children can play while the adults finish eating. There are also separate menus for the children, so it should be easy to find something everyone likes. We have several highchairs, and it is easy to get around with a pram.
Hafjell lekeland is our nearest neighbor, and hotel guests have free admission here between 18 and 21 every day. We point out that the playground is unmanned at these times and that an adult must accompany the children. During playland's regular opening hours, hotel guests have a 50% discount on entrance tickets.
In summer it is a short distance from the hotel to Lilleputthammer familiepark, and the littleputt mascots Ola and Hedda are happy to stop by for breakfast to greet the children.
We have 16 family rooms which consist of a bunk bed in addition to a double bed, these are very popular with families with children vacationing in the area. You can also choose a suite with two or three rooms to make your stay extra comfortable.
In Hafjell there are plenty of opportunities for exciting activities, both summer and winter! In wintertime there are three separate children's areas with easy-to-use lifts, gentle slopes and fun slalom gates. This is perfect places to learn and have fun with skis for the whole family! The children's areas are free to use!
